Our Community
About All Women Connect
A global community built by women, for women — where every background is a strength and every story matters.
Our Story
From Cleaner to Leader
All Women Connect was born from a simple but powerful truth: women who have built something from nothing have the most to teach — and the most to gain from each other.
Founded in the UK, our community brings together women from across the world — entrepreneurs, professionals, community builders, and changemakers — united by a shared belief that when women rise together, entire communities are transformed.
We take our name and our spirit from the women who started with a mop and a dream, and built thriving businesses, led teams, and inspired others along the way. The cleaner who became a leader. That journey is at the heart of everything we do.

We connect women across borders, cultures, and industries — because great ideas and great support know no boundaries.

Whether you run a cleaning company or a corporation, your journey has value. We celebrate every rung of the ladder.

Business Growth
We equip women with the tools, knowledge, and connections to grow their businesses and step into leadership.
Meet the Founder
Oana Stoica
Founder, All Women Connect
Oana Stoica is the founder of All Women Connect and a living example of the community's ethos. Originally from Romania, Oana built her career in the UK from the ground up — starting in the cleaning industry and growing into a business owner, community leader, and advocate for women in business.
Her journey — from cleaner to leader — is not just her story. It is the story of thousands of women she has met along the way: hardworking, ambitious, and too often overlooked. All Women Connect is her answer to that gap.
Oana believes that the most powerful thing a woman can do is invest in another woman. Through events, mentorship, and the WhatsApp community she has built, she is turning that belief into action — one connection at a time.
"I started this community because I needed it myself. Now I build it for every woman who feels the same."
— Oana Stoica, Founder
